Очень понравилось обслуживание в офисе ВТБ на ул.Мира 284/1. Высокий профессионализм и чуткое отношение к клиентам, быстрота работы!!! Спасибо огромное девочкам за их труд!!!

Ничего конкретного сказать про банк не могу. Обращались туда для получения ипотеки, запросили стандартный пакет документов, пришлось долго ожидать ответа, был отказ. После этого больше не обращалась в этот банк. В принципе, ни положительных ни отрицательных эмоций. Нейтральное отношение. Но судя по отзывам моих знакомых банк является одним из самых лучших банков по России.

Хороший банк брали там ипотеку,остались очень довольны, низкая процентная ставка 13,5, быстро одобряют говорили до 2х дней одобрение, утром подали документы, вечером уже в этот день нам позвонили и сказали, что одобрено, пользовались программой "Победа над формальностями", очень удобно ипотеку одобряют всего по 2м документам, не нужно лишней волокиты с бумагами как в других банках и ждать не приходится слишком долго. Единственной по этой акции нужно 35 % денежных средств положить на счет и все, и ни каких справок 2 ндфл или по форме банка.В общем остались очень довольны, советую всем там брать ипотеку.
