Я тоже клиент ВТВ Банк. Я был один раз тут места. Я ожидал 15 минут свой очеред. Мой проблемь, бистро и конкретно полностью решала ВТВ Банк сотрудница Сибиркин Алёна Петровна. Большое спасибо вас за обслуживания.

Ничего не меняется судя по другим отзывам. Просидел два часа и ушёл, не дождавшись. Очередь сдвинулась человека на 3-4. Работают два человека, причём работают очень и очень медленно..

Во первых, очень долгое ожидание, чтобы оставить заявку на замену карты, у меня ушло 1.5 часа. Во вторых, когда брал кредит, мне пригрозили, что если откажусь от страховки, то они в своей программе на меня поставят пометку и откажут в оформлении самого кредита, а также в других отделениях также будут давать отказ. Что и собственно они сделали, пришлось пройти четыре отделения. Проценты на кредит конские, а при возврате страховки, значительно повышается процентная ставка, у меня она стала 18%!!

Отвратительное отделение банка. Сотрудники работают крайне неохотно. На мой вопрос по карте получила от сутрудницы неуверенное кивание головой. Перевыпуск карты оказался непостежимой задачей для этого отделения. Приезжаю уже второй раз и все сотрудники 'пытаются' отправить карту на перевыпуск. В другом банке на это уходит неделя, здесь же уже почти месяц ожидания. Да и консультант по терминалу постоянно где то ходит, на рабочем месте вообще не появляется. И клиенты банка должны ходить и искать к онсультанта, иногда к его поискам подключаются и остальные сотрудники, которым как раз нечем заняться. – показать

При входе сотрудницы предупреждают, что время ожидания 1.5—2ч. И действительно, для получения карты пришлось ждать более часа. В другом банке время ожидания -10мин. Просьба наладить работу данного отделения
