Наверное самый худший офис ВТБ, который я посещал. Взял талончик, перед мной было 2 человека. Ожидал более часа, т.к. было все предельно медленно. Учитывая, что я начал опаздывать на поезд, я попросил человека в очереди передо мной о возможности обслужиться перед ним. Посетитель был не против, а вот сотрудник банка был категоричен и не стал меня обслуживать раньше, хотя вопрос был к нему на 2 минуты. Из за принципиальности сотрудника потерял ещё 30 мин времени.

Сегодня получил массу негатива побывав в вашем отделении в г.Люберцы, по адресу: г.Люберцы, ул.Кирова, дом 3.Сотрудники разговаривают высокомерно, девушка у дальней стойки слева спросила, для чего я пришел, я сказал, что для получения карты TROYKA Зеленая, на что она мне сказала, что вы пришли напрасно, и вообще вам надо будет ждать минимум 30 минут и еще больше..поскольку сотрудник, выдающий такие карты отсутствует в банке в настоящее время, а выдает карту только персонально он. Я решил все та ки дождаться этого уникального и незаменимого сотрудника, для чего вернулся в это отделение через 40 минут. После этого ко мне подошел развязно общающийся молодой человек, Алексей, как выяснилось он никуда не уходил, находился в отделении, и даже болтал на отвелеченные темы с другими сотрудниками, разговаривал высокомерно, повторял мои слова, явно кривляясь!! Оформляя документы по выдачи карты постоянно отвлекался, болтая на посторонние темы с другими сотрудниками, вальяжно развалившись в своем кресле и вихляясь, чем вызвал мое резкое неуважение и град отрицательных эмоций. Я больше не хочу приходить в это отделение и общаться с такими фиглярами и безответственными сотрудниками, как АЛЕКСЕЙ. – показать
