Жуткие очереди, духота, маленькое помещение, возмущенные люди, неторопливый и неквалифицированный персонал, ненадлежащая работа операционного аппарата. Ощущение, что попал в начало 90-х. Чтобы получить перевыпущенную карту прождал час. Ещё час заняли операции по выдаче карты, двух выписок и изменении места регистрации. С последней операцией сотрудник так и не справился, провозившись около 20 минут. Ужасное обслуживание. Непонятна система выдачи талонов. Талоны выдаются для проведения разных операций, а очередь одна.

Приятно удивлена обслуживанием. Быстро, оперативно, грамотно. Работала молодая смена. Народу много, тем не менее без нервов, скандалов, все четко. Быстро выдали моментальную карту и помогли с оплатой по счету. Спасибо! Предложение в офис: в связи с загруженностью помещения отдела по работе с физлицами, предлагаю продублировать табло электронной очереди в помещении с банкоматами. Чтобы не создавать столпотворение. Нужно же отслеживать очередь по талонам.

Карту кое-как разблокировали в течение 6 дней! Хотя эта операция занимает час. Для того, чтобы это случилось, пришлось помимо стандартной процедуры (заявление) - дважды связываться с директором отделения!!! Конечно, директору звонили сотрудники колл-центра. Перед этим сотрудники он-Лайн чата в приложении делали запросы в отделение, ручались , что мне перезвонят (ибо как же так, мы составили им запрос, даже не переживайте). В итоге пришлось дважды обращаться в колл-центр, который дважды звонил директору и настаивал на разблокировке карты. Поразительная безалаберность и непрофессионализм сотрудников этого отделения. К слову сказать, оформлял заявление на разблокировку сотрудник по имени Адам.
