ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНО! Сотрудники абсолютно некомпетентные, в частности во 2 и 5 окне! Пришлось потратить время и нервы, что бы объяснить что нужно от них! Пришлось ждать более 10 минут, при этом было несколько свободных окон! Не смотря на то что на дворе 21 век, в данном банке невозможно произвести оплату с карты другого банка!
