Обратился в отделение к сотруднику Нисамбаева Зульфия, все оперативно и быстро отработала. Обращаемся в это отделение вместе с супругой и всегда коллектив дружелюбен и отзывчив. Помогают во всех операциях и никогда не отказывают. Всем советую именно это отделение банка.

Оформлял кредит в данном отделении. С предисторией: предварительную заявку оформил на работе, с "выездным менеджером". (Кстати весьма удобно.) Так вот, имея предварительное одобрение банка, отправился оформлять непосредственно кредит. Пришел, взял талон, попал к молодому человеку (жаль имя не запомнил) и тут началось... Я ему объяснил ситуацию, сказал что есть заявка и она одобрена, меня все устраивает, мол давайте оформлять. Вместо этого он начал оформлять мне новую заявку! Я еще раз объяснил что заявка уже есть и она предварительно одобрена, в ответ услышал "Так надо, так положено..." В итоге оформил мне новую заявку НО уже на других условиях!!! И ставка больше и платежи соответственно. Я отказался и пошел с миром. Связался с "выездным менеджером" и изложил ситуацию. По ее просьбе вернулся. Попал к специалисту специалисту Кашиной Ксении, которая меня выслушала, УСЛЫШАЛА и оформила кредит по первой заявке. (Кстати оперативно и без проволочек - минут за 20!!!) За что ей огромное СПАСИБО!!! В итоге: Ксении Кашиной 5 звезд, "безымянный" оператор минус звезда. Итого 4

Была на обслуживание в банке, у Екатерины (за 3 столом) мне все понравилось. Грамотный сотрудник, быстро открыли вклад, рассказала про преимущества кешбэка и семейного банка.
