идите мойте пол, тупят и не понимают что перед ними люди, кого вы хотите обуть? Вы понимаете что вы говорите? Какие 9....13....15% Я на пальцах посчитал что у вас 20...25....37% Хорошо что моя компания уже перевела зп в сбер

Была недавно в этом отделении ВТБ, очереди огромные, но зато ипотечный отдел пуст. Сотрудники вежливы. Есть много банкоматов. Рекомендую

Ох уж этот втб24, не могу не написать отрицательный отзыв! Обслуживание и организация работы оставляет желать лучшего, из-за постоянной текучки кадров никто ничего толком объяснить не может, специалисты бегают друг к другу за консультацией. заказывала карту, ждала больше недели, в итоге прислали другую карту и предложили перезаказать и подождать еще столько же. Про вклады вразумительной консультации тоже не получила, в итоге ушла в Сбербанк, где и разместила свои сбережения. А уж банкоматы - это вообще нечто, выдают пятитысячные купюры и сами же их обратно не принимают!Цирк, да и только! В офисе на Гагарина банкомат на прием наличных никогда не работает и самое главное, нет никакого объявления на двери! Это самый ужасный банк из всех существующих в городе. Возможно, руководству стоит держаться за своих сотрудников и тогда обслуживание наладится!

Очень хороший офис на ул.Новой! Оформляла здесь вклад, все сделали быстро и качественно! Очень грамотный персонал, все достойно объяснили и рассказали. В отличие от Сбербанка - здесь уютно и спокойно, нет очередей и визжащих бабулек:)
