Офис называется - центр ипотечного кредитования. Думаете что тут консультируют услуги ипотечного кредитования? А вот и нет. Позвонил в поддержку, сказали это просто так называется офис и что он никак не связан с ипотекой. Спрашиваю, так зачем называть его так? Ну так исторически сложилось. На входе есть информация: "здесь вы можете получить консультацию по ипотеке". Спрашиваю у оператора - зачем там это висит? Ничего не смогла ответить. Заходишь на банки.ру - там тоже неверная информация. Потерял время из-за отсутствия работы у банка ВТБ с актуальностью своих вывесок, названий...

Хочется обратить внимание банка на такую важную вещь как уведомление своего клиента, особенно владельца пакета приоритет!!!!!!, раз уж вы его так рекламировали на окончание годового обслуживания карты и о необходимости внесения средств на оплату дальнейшего обслуживания, если подчеркиваю ВАШ уважаемый клиент в этом обслуживании нуждается. А также хорошо было бы получать смс об окончании срока действия карты ( золотой прошу заметить!) не на ближайшей заправке, а от сотрудника банка ВТБ хотя бы путем уведомления той же смс. Продвинутый банк , а как видно элементарные вещи не учтены!!!! А ведь можно оказаться в "Пикантной " ситуации например за пределами нашей любимой родины! Недальновидно!

Отвратительный банк и офис не лучше, мало заполнить заявление чтобы положить деньги на карточку, ты еще и в кассу минут 20 простоишь, так как всего два окошка и одно ВСЕГДА не работает!
