Есть в банке тариф услуг базовый в рамках которого вам подключается моментальная пластиковая карта,НО при обращении в банк вам откажут,т.к. карты нет в наличии и неизвестно когда будет. Помните истории с оформлением полисов ОСАГО,когда у них отсутствовали бланки полисов. На горячей линии вам также скажут ,что подключиться вы сможете,однако о наличии карт вы можете узнать ТОЛЬКО при личном обращении в офис! Вы должны сами объехать,обойти все офисы города ,где Вам сообщат тоже самое., Класс,да. Несколько дней назад пришел в офис банка на Президентском бульваре и здесь без вопросов оформили тариф Базовый и выдали карту. Наверное сказыввется кризис,нужны клиенты. А месяц назад в офисе на пр.М.Горького получил отказ.
