ВТБ 24 навязали страховку от СОГАЗ стоимостью 30тр при потребительском кредитовании, отказался от нее в период охлаждения, выбрал полностью аналогичную программу страхования (смерть + инвалидность) в Ингосстрахе за 4800 (!!!) руб., предоставил все документы в банк. Банк рассматривал под лупой правила страхования Ингосстраха в течение 30 дней, после чего повысил % ставку по кредиту на четыре %. На просьбу разъяснить причину в письменном виде (в наш 21 век пришлось лично ехать в отделение банка и делать письменный запрос! ни по телефону горячей линии, ни в онлайн банке, как выяснилось сделать такой запрос невозможно!)🤣 через несколько дней была получена потрясающая отписка с упоминанием, что полис я им предоставил вообще от СПАО «РЕСО-Гарантия» (ну шаблон не тот ребята выбрали по запарке, видимо на конвейере такие ответы клепают) Все делается для того, чтобы срубить с клиентов бабла (если не по навязанной страховке, так повысим ему % ставку по кредиту!).

Катастрофически не хватает специалистов, за час 2 человека приняли, и передо мной огромный паровоз очереди. Качественно и быстро работать не могут, могут только здороваться и улыбаться. За это 5+!
