Несколько лет посещаю это отделение банка ВТБ24. Персонал всегда вежливый, поможет, проконсультирует. Особенно приятно, когда тебя уже в лицо и по имени. И радует, что в спорных ситуациях они не переходят на бюрократизм, а оперативно разбираются в ситуации

Отделение просторное и чистое, но сотрудников мало, и обслуживают довольно медленно. Тем не менее, спасибо банку за оперативный перевыпуск карты - в отделение её доставили через день после заказа. Хоть и непосредственно сам процесс получения занял около 40 минут...

Обслуживающий персонал конченое быдло, прождал 40 минут, наблюдая, как девушка, которая должна обслуживать клиентов мило флиртовала с двумя таджиками прямо не сходя с рабочего места, также её коллега парень с бородой бурно обсуждали автомобили и отдых на природе, из за этих товарищей я потерял много времени, когда подошла моя очередь итди по талону к этой девушке я сделал ей замечание, на что она со мной стала разговаривать как с псом дворовым, видимо таджики ей больше по душе. Это все происходило 27. 02. 2020 года около 17:00. Также хочу пометить, что остальной персонал часто бегает курить на порог отделения банка, при этом на клиентов им плевать. Очень ужасное обслуживание, быдло - сарай.

ГИГАНТСКИЕ ОЧЕРЕДИ и ужасный сервис 2 часа 30 минут стояли, так как онлайн сделать данную процедуру у них невозможно Экономят на людях зарабатывая сверхприбыли Обходите стороной этот недобанк!

Много приёмных окон, обслужили быстро, вежливо, без очередей. Так было раньше. На данный момент обслуживают очень долго. Ждал час на выдачу зарплатной карты.
