27 июля 2018 года брал кредит на личные цели в отделении ВТБ банка в Марьино. Был очень доволен обслуживанием, сервисом и качеством! Моим вопросом занималась специалист, сотрудник этого отделения банка Воротникова Ирина Витальевна. Считаю, что данный сотрудник знает свое дело, любит его и имеет подход к клиенту. Побольше бы таких специалистов! Все спокойно и грамотно объясняет, советует, вникает в просьбы, находит компромиссное решение. При случае и необходимости буду рад обратиться в это отделе ние. Хотел бы выразить признательность и благодарность Вашему сотруднику Воротниковой И. В. Еще раз спасибо и успехов всем сотрудникам данного отделения банка! Заказывали в этом отделении чековую книжку для организации:-во первых, дали не верну информацию по дате. Сказали что, будет готова в понедельник, позвонили в понедельник — сказали будет готова в среду(заказывали в пятницу).-во вторых, для юр. лиц, как я понял, только два телефона — если вы дозвонились сразу вам невероятно повезло. Пытался дозвонится пол часа, при этом в промежутке слышно было как взяли трубку и сразу скинули. -в третьих, взял трубку сотрудник, не представился, ничего не сказа л просто — «Да? Что надо?». Такое ощущение сложилось будто друга бужу в 3 часа ночи а не в банк звоню. – показать
