В IPO ВТБ через этот офис покупался,так же обслуживался,как агент других банков и УК.Сотрудники не сильно компетентны.Очень сильно тормозили ,когда я редкую для их банка агентскую операцию проводил.Сами для себя новые горизонты открывали.Да и IPO было глупой ошибкой,но ,к счастью, я успел её исправить вовремя и не потерять много денег и не "залипнуть",как многие.Офис расположен удобно,рядом с метро.Хоть и большой,но всегда там очереди большие.Вообщем,второй сбербанк.Чем крупнее банк,тем меньше компетентность сотрудников.Этот банк яркое тому подтверждение.Хотя конкретных претензий нет.

Брал кредит в этом банке на сумму 600 тыс рублей. Рассматривают решение быстро и у них выгодные кредитные условия.Это в основном и послужило поводом брать кредит именно у них.Менеджер всё подробно объяснила,персонал подобран отличный.Сейчас кредит уже погашен,работой банка доволен на все 100.

Направляясь в данное отделение нужно запасаться сушками, водой, зарядом на телефоне и прочим необходимым, так как время ожидания просто бесконечно. На меньше чем 30 минут просто не рассчитывайте. В отделении 21-о окно, в субботу работает 4 из них. При этом люди сидят в ожидании на каждом кресле и везде где можно сесть, а мимо туда сюда снуют какие-то сотрудники с видом "самый старший менеджер менеджеров". В окне уставшие сотрудники неприветливо и не торопясь делают свою работу. Атмосфера крайне раздражающая одним словом. Надеюсь реже будет выпадать необходимость посещать данное место.

Ужасное отделение, руководителю дать втык, не следит за работой сотрудников, пришёл с утра сделать перевод сижу уже 30 мин, банк пустой, менеджеры заняты своими делами, половины нет на месте.

Полчаса ждал пока мне закроют счёт, предо мной сидел парень за компом клацал мышкой и поглядывал на телефон, как только я обратился к админу с возмущениями меня принял это млеющий от безделья трудяга
