Люди не берите здесь, берите лучше все на весенней в их главном филиале, там все есть - зал продажный большой, куча образцов, много девушек консультантов, которые вас обслужат, все подскажут и расскажут, а не как здесь вопрос задал,а девушка залипшая в телефоне отвечает так что бы ты свалил от сюда побыстрее... и у них нельзя выбрать доски на складе, что дадут то и получишь, я заказал доски сырые и фанеру шлифоанную с одной стороны, так доски привезли в обзоле и с трещинами, по фанере я так и не разобрался с какой стороны она шлифованная, и 1 долбанный брус 100×100×4 весь в обзоле, после срезания он получился ромбом, а это при условии что он будет стоять на видном месте, проще шпалу было купить та и то ровнее... ну и не скупитесь на доставку как я, с весенней она дороже, но она того стоит!!!

Если товар доставлялся, то мы всегда бесплатно приезжаем и заменяем. Относительно вашего заказа - сложилась ситуация, когда мы не смогли что-то изменить, т.к. только сегодня по вашему данному отзыву узнали, что у вас есть претензия. Достаточно было одного вашего звонка - и мы предприняли бы все возможное, чтобы исправить ситуацию, предложить какую-то другую фанеру или доску по сорту. Бесплатно забрали бы ваш товар и привезли бы другой.

Вначале оплачиваешь материалы, потом идёшь получать на склад, на котором вывеска "пиломатериалы выдаются без отбора и сортировки". В итоге на 90% струганных досок присутствовал обзол, если доски в упаковке, то лицевая сторона более-менее, зато внутри так же почти все со сколами, вмятинами, следами огня и др. браком. "сухой" брус по итогу оказался изготовлен чуть не сегодня из сырой ёлки со всеми вытекающими последствиями ну и плюс конечно в обзоле. Больше ни ногой в эту компашку
