Работаю инженером с 2011 года сразу после ВУЗа, зто время доросла до главного инженера. Из плюсов - хороший коллектив, зп выше среднего по рынку плюс дают ежеквартальные и ежегодные премии, бесплатную мед. страховку. Начальники здесь разные, бывают сложные, но мне попалась хорошая. Интересные крупные строительные проекты, быстро набираешься опыта проектирования и тонкостей технологических процессов. Отличная библиотека с обширным количеством книг, справочников, материалов, можно подробно ознакомиться с прошлыми проектами и поизучать их. Много толковых спецов с опытом, который можно перенять. После работы во ВНИПИ поступает много предложений от других компаний. У института много контактов с иностранными компаниями, бывают совместные проекты, где требуется хорошее знание английского и можно себя показать (из недавних - работа с Тоталем). Из того, что мне не нравится - система пропусков, которая фиксирует все рабочее время из-за чего было трудно во время учебы в ВУЗе совмещать. Если по окончании недели у тебя недоработка - получаешь нагоняй от начальства. Маленькая надбавка к обедам (50р), но много организаций, где ее вообще нет. Отсутствие своих турбаз для отдыха, как в Газпроме у коллег, но это мелочи.
