Продавец отказался осуществить возврат товара надлежащего качества, мотивируя тем, что подшипники входят в перечень непродовольственных товаров не подлежащих возврату...(пост. прав-ва РФ № 55 от 19.01.1998 г. в редакции № 22 то 30.05.2018 г.) Ехал 1,5 часа на ул. Крыленко по пробкам, чтобы услышать откровенную лажу! Нет в данном перечне моей покупки. К покупателям надо относиться более человечно!!!

Добрый день, Сергей. Вы перепутали формулировку. Подшипники мы готовы обменять на те, которые подходят, без проблем. Информация об обмене содержится в законе по правам потребителей.

Заказал рециркуляционный насос для посудомойки BOSCH, тот самый, что выходит из строя у многих через год-полтора. Насос нашел с помощью поиска на сайте, ну каталожный номер его я знал, дальше дело техники. На всякий случай уточнил у онлайн консультанта совместимость с моей моделью посудомойки. Заказ был сделан в среду, в четверг уже был в пути. В Липецк приехал в понедельник, компания СДЭК - доставка до порога. Тщательно упакованная коробка, внутри оригинальная запчасть (не аналог). Ценник был самым низким в интернете. Сначала сомневался, что заказал здесь, а не в другом более раскрученном, не буду говорить каком магазине, однако по получении развеял сомнения. Насос установил, все работает.
