12.08.2019 Пришел подшить костюм, предварительно узнав цену по телефону. После примерки цена выросла почти в 2 раза, на вопрос почему цена не соответствует заявленной по телефону, от сотрудницы прозвучали аргументы: 1. Я не обязана помнить весь прейскурант наизусть; 2. Нам поставили кассовый аппарат и теперь цена изменилась; 3. Я тоже могу ошибаться. Попросил дать мне телефон руководства женщина отказала в резкой форме, назвала меня бандеровцем и обвинила во всех бесчинствах, которые бендеровцы творят в России. Я спросил, почему она решила, что я бендеровец и получил ответ, что у меня фамилия такая (фамилию она спросила во время примерки для выписки квитанции и она заканчивается на букву «о», при этом я родился и вырос в России, как и все мне известные предки). Трудно общаться с националистом, который определяет национальность по фамилии. Не понятно, как такой человек может работать в сфере услуг в таком многонациональном городе как Москва. Попытался связаться с руководством по телефону, указанному в их буклете, но «телефон временно не обслуживается». При посещении ателье будьте готовы, что цена не соответствует заявленной по телефону, и придумайте себе псевдоним, если ваша фамилия заканчивается на букву «о»)

Грубая, невоспитанная хамка работает в ателье в Раменках дом 6. Цены средние, качество работ низкое, да еще и хамка! Ателье, это сфера обслуживания, где клиентов надо привлекать, а не отпугивать хамским поведением. Сама туда не пойду и другим не советую обращаться, пока будет работать эта портниха!
