Хамское общение курьера, который привез заказ из данного магазина. При оплате заказа предложила ей часть оплатить наличными, а часть перевести на карту, т.к. у нее не было сдачи. На что барышня в агрессивной манере начала мне предъявлять претензии, что я обязана подготовить оплату без сдачи. Уважаемая администрация магазина, из-за вашего курьера вы можете потерять клиентов., при текущем уровне конкуренции выслушивать оскорбления от курьеров недопустимо.
