22.01.25 я была записана к терапевту Беловой С.А. (перед операцией), для меня это было принципиально, прийти именно к женщине и с большим стажем работы. Накануне мне перезвонила девушка-администратор и предложила перенести время приема на час спустя, мне дословно сказали: ОнА будет принимать с 11:00. Хорошо, я пошла на уступки. Я пришла заранее, и узнаю, что у меня врач мужчина вместо Беловой С.А. Не буду описывать свое стрессовое состояние в тот момент. Но скажу одно. Клиника перестала быть клиентоориентированной! Вообще налицо банальное выкачивание денег с пациентов, а желание пациента - ноль! Вас совершенно не волнует, что я ЗАРАНЕЕ просила записать меня именно к женскому терапевту, по телефону накануне меня просто обманули, сказав, что будет ТОТ ЖЕ врач. Запись разговора имеется, и там девушка четко подтверждает, что будет именно врач Белова С А. Предлагаю сменить название клиники, никакая вы не Этика, лучше верните хотя бы прежнее название - Практика.

Не первый год пользуюсь услугами медцентра. Вполне всё устраивает, вежливый персонал, довольно грамотные специалисты. Ни разу не было, чтобы я не попала на приём к нужному специалисту. Всегда подберут подходящее время. Если есть какие-то изменения, обязательно позвонят. За день до приёма напомнят о визите к специалисту. Очень удобно, что к ним записаться можно в любой день недели. Это большой плюс. Спасибо всем работникам медцентра за тёплый приём. Дальнейшего вам процветания и здоровья ⚕️
