Записывались заранее на субботу на УЗИ для определения пола ребёнка. Это важный и долгожданный момент для нашей семьи, мы строили планы, подстроили график, специально приехали в назначенное время. Однако на месте нам заявили, что запись якобы стоит на воскресенье. Ни подтверждения, ни звонка с уточнением, никакой ответственности за свою ошибку сотрудники не взяли. В результате — потерянное время, испорченное настроение и сорванные планы. Очень обидно, что в таком, казалось бы, серьёзном учреждении могут так халатно относиться к пациентам, особенно к беременным. Такие вещи недопустимы.
