Этот банк мне оочень нравится. Там всегда приветливые сотрудники, всегда помогут, объяснят. Хожу уже несколько лет и вижу почти одних и тех же сотрудников, что говорит о стабильности и дружном коллективе. Летом 2009 открывала расчетный счет для ИП. Так цены за открытие, обслуживание счета и т.д. оказались даже намного дешевле, чем в Сбербанке. Правда с апреля 2010г они подняли цены, причем не в мою пользу, т.к. счетом я пользуюсь очень редко. Еще не понимаю их объявление при обслуживании депозитных счетов. Они просят заказывать наличные средства за день или если снимаешь в валюте, то даже за неделю, правда если сумма больше 1000 баксов. Но все равно.... Если у меня непредвиденная ситуация.... Получается, я не смогу получить свои же деньги.... С таким настроением пришла снимать рубли выше суммы, которую просят заказывать, спросили меня, заказывала я ли их... я сказала, что нет. Сделали замечание, но все-таки деньги отдали. Осадок все же остался.

Очень странный банк. Безответственные сотрудники. Могут только обещать и назначать даты. Более ничего. Чтобы от них что-то добиться, нужно будет по одному и тому же вопросу ездить неоднократно. Невозмутимость сотрудников при этом на высоте.

Сотрудников надо отвести на экскурсию в Сбербанк, чтобы имели представление как надо работать. сидят как сонные мухи тычут одним ногтем в клавиатуру. Ждала в очереди 30 минут, 5 минут были манипуляции с моим паспортом, потом вопросы к видимо старшей и ответ - присядтьте это надолго!!! Жалобной книгой их не испугать, старшая позволяет себе орать на клиентов. Ужас, зачем нужны такие банки? только для переводов Золотая корона. Друг друга стоят. Перевод не получила, зависли сотрудники

Самый гнусный банк. Сотрудники некомпетентны. При графике работы с 8:30 по факту до 11:00 ничего сделать невозможно. Вот придёт начальство к 11 часам, тогда мы сможем отдать вам ваши деньги. Шарага!
