Делала перевод по Вестерн Юнион . Заранее звонила на горячую линию самого ВЮ , сказали что делают переводы до 17 вечера. Сам банк оказывается работает до 15 в эти дни самоизоляции. Мужчина ждал в очереди впереди меня , талончик у него с 12:44, зашел он в 7 окно в 14:35. Бабушка зашла в банк сделать платеж по комунальным услугам в 14:40 и девушка сказала ей что она не успеет и пусть идет домой ! И уговоры что пожилым не разрешается ходить в это непростое время , что ей и тяжело и далеко не тронули работницу банка. Бабушка ведь зашла до 15, значит обязаны обслужить. Мне так же сказали что я могу не успеть. Но самое интересное что с 15 часов - 7 окно заработало и обслужила посетителей вместе со мной за 20 минут(нас было 6 человек), видать очень захотелось домой. И ровно в три часа дня зашел человек , который ранее делал перевод с просьбой исправить одну букву в переводе и ему отказали, сказали что кассы закрылись-приходите завтра с 9 утра. Я там постояла 40 минут и напиталась такой агрессией. Девушки милые-сейчас многие лишаются работы, а вы сидите на своих местах и страдаете что ровно в три вы не пошли на свои электрички, в свои дома...и злые до безобразия...вы же женщины! Со стороны выглядит как гадюшник. У меня все! К вам больше ни ногой! Это был первый и последний раз.

Отвратительное отделение в г. ЖЕЛЕЗНОДОРОЖНОМ! Как сонные мухи по часу принимают одного клиента, электронной очереди никакой. В зале приёма Работают 2 специалиста во вторник днем. По выходным не работают, ужас

Чем больше пользуюсь услугами банка Возрождение, тем больше мне начинает нравится безналичный расчет. Четыре года назад открыл счет в этом банке и получил карту. С тех пор каждый месяц пользуюсь ее услугами и почти полностью перешел на безналичный расчет, это куда более комфортнее, чем бегать с наличкой, особенно если суммы крупные.
