Были в этом отеле 2 раза,в номере для четверых. На ресепшене всегда нелюбезные девушки, было ощущение, что нам не рады точно... На вопросы отвечали резко. К сожалению, нет лифта и приходилось тащить все чемоданы по крутым ступенькам,но это не очень страшно. Номера старые, мебель 'ушатанная', на диван садиться страшно, не то, что лечь... Дверь между комнатами не закрывается, нам на голову чуть не упала гардина при попытке открыть занавески. В первое посещение ванные принадлежности и полотенца были только для 2х человек, а номер на 4х! Во второй приезд нам сначала дали номер, в котором ужасно пахло канализацией! Было ощущение, что администрация вообще не проверяет подготовку номеров! В общем из плюсов только идеальное месторасположение, но находиться в отеле очень неуютно!

Чистота на троечку. Вежливость администраторов на ресепшн тоже на троечку. Качество обслуживания в ресторане тоже на троечку, хотя за качество блюд поставил бы 4-5. Завтраки хорошие.

Замечательное место, тихо, чисто, уютно.Убирают номер каждый день.В номере кофеварка капсульная, но мы ей не пользовались, есть кипяток в куллере, холодильник для хранения продуктов в холле на этаже, здесь же гладильная доска и утюг.Бар в номере с напитками. Матрасы удобные, белье белоснежное. Есть кондиционеры.Замечательный ресторан, вкусно готовят, а завтраки обалденно вкусные.Очень приветливый персонал.
