Контора не благоприятная! Купил две батареи на гибридный автомобиль с пробегом до 50т.км. без проверки замера мощности (хотя не раз просил). возможности у них нет на замер. приехали они ко мне ржавые, убитые батареи. за доставку ушло 5000р. машина как вы понимаете стоит ждет запчасти. отправил обратно сказали вернут деньги в течение 10 дней. прошло 12 рабочих. 18 календарных дней (да а машина все стоит без запчасти). на просьбу отправить другие отвечают только дорогие подходящие есть (просят еще отправить денег). я уже согласился, но тут самое интересное при разборе батареи гарантия снимается. (Дело в том что мне нужны именно элементы внутри батареи их по отдельности не продают, поэтому приходиться покупать батарею целиком) вообщем вернули деньги. Я потерял стоимость доставки 5000р. времени 2 месяца, и да машина все еще стоит. p.s. и не видитесь на их отзывы в дроме, их оставляют только те которые совершают там покупку. Я же нашел объявление в дроме перевел деньги на счет. не нажав кнопку купить на дроме, поэтому там отзыв не могу оставить.

Во первых заказчик был предупреждён и прекрасно знал, что покупает б/у товар, во вторых батареи были привезены с японии и на момент съёма с авто были в отличном состоянии, и по ним не было видно что возможно при перевозке водным транспортом в них попала влага, так ещё и без разрешения самовольно их вскрыл и разобрал, что автоматически снимает любой товар с гарантии, но не смотря на это мы приняли товар к возврату и даже оплатили обратную перевозку, а возврат денежных средств покупатель получил в тот же день как предоставил свои реквизиты банковской карты, так что не надо искажать реальность и вводить людей в заблуждение, это контрактный товар, т. е б/у, без пробега по РФ, иногда случаются возвраты, так как мы даём гарантию на свой товар, это нормально
