Сотрудник Марина Александровна, представившийся зав.канцелярией, не смогла ответить на элементарные вопросы: когда было отправлено ответное письмо на запрос, было предложено мне самой приехать за ответом, а не ждать почты, грубо отвечала на вопросы. Вынуждена написать жалобу. Образец, если кому-то понадобится: Жалоба на волокиту при выдаче исполнительного листа В связи с нарушением сроков установленных законодательством по выдаче исполнительного листа прошу провести служебную проверку по чьей вине нарушено законодательство РФ и уведомить меня о результатах проверки для дальнейшего обращения в судебный департамент и Квалификационную коллегию судей. Не понимаю смысла этого суда. Пришла, не выслушали даже, отправили в районный суд. Который вообще мне не нужен в моей ситуации. Домочка сидела очень надменная, врелная6и жирная. Кабинет только не помню. 7 или 10.с её слов, они не занимаются решением моей проблемы. Такое чувство, что сотрудники курят целыми днями, потому что все на улице, в кабинетах никого нет!!!
