Отвратительное отношение помощников судьи. Хамят, ведут себя предвзято!общаться нужно только с диктафоном, только тогда они начинают вести себя нормально. В документах очень много ошибок, что непозволительно делать помощнику или судье( не знаю кто пишет из них определение).Судья в деле не разбирается, а прикрывает зад сотрудника ГИБДД. Показания свидетелей не фиксируют и судья трактует их как хочет!!! Полный беспредел!!!! Все делают видимость работы! Правды не добиться! У судьи справка из поликлиники важнее экспертизы! сотрудники ГАИ прикладывают чужие штрафы на другого водителя и другой автомобиль, и судья это принимает, смешно!Аудиозапись не ведут , протокол тоже!!! Как фиксируют показания свидетелей остаётся только догадываться, на память наверно ? Остается вопрос: А судьи кто??!! Взяли на себя роль Бога? Все забывают , что со временем всё возвращается и всегда прежде всего нужно быть ЧЕЛОВЕКОМ!!! Бог вам судья , а перед ним мы все равны! И когда принимаете решение , не забывайте об этом, что Вам тоже пртдется быть на месте обвиняемого перед самым главным судьёй(Богом).А посетителям , хочу сказать одно, если судье будет выгодно Вас засадить, он это сделает и адвокат не поможет:). Правосудия НЕТ!!!!
