Хуже банка не видела... обслуживание и сервис желает оставлять лучшего. Такое чувство что специалисты просто отсиживаются в ожидании перехода на место получше. В своей работе вообще не заинтересованы (филиал на 20-ой линии).

До этого не помню. 31 декабря приехали, рабочий день до 14, но в 11.20 отделение закрыли у нас перед носом повесили объявление технический перерыв 20 минут. Мы уехали в другое отделение. Вчера приехали - света нет. Сегодня приехали в 9.20 утра - отделение закрыто. Хотя рабочий день с 9.00.

Ужасный банк. Курс валют в офисе не соответствует курсу на официальном сайте. Простоял в очереди час, а долларов в кассе не оказалось. Позвонил на горячую линию, чтобы узнать в каком офисе в кассе есть доллары, мне минут пять рассказывали ненужную информацию, хотя я сразу задал конкретный вопрос, и в итоге сказали что такую информацию они не предоставляют.

Это жесть, пришла в этот банк чтобы получить перевод moneyGrem (этот перевод с Германии и в других банках его не выдают) в 18.05, но мне отказали в получении так как программа после 18.00 не работает. Хотя я до этого позвонила по горячей линии и меня уверяли что банк работает до 19.00ч. и я спокойно смогу получить этот перевод. А пришла я в такое время, потому что живу за городом и у меня нет возможности по несколько раз посещать этот банк!!! Вообщем делайте выводы сами.

Девушки грубые. Долго ждешь. Один раз в кассе не было сдачи, так я осталась виновата. У меня нет нужной суммы, а она деньги все сдала. Не могу дождаться погашения кредита

Нормальный банк, из недостатков могу отметить крацне неудобное время перерыва в единственной кассе данного отделения банка, оно совпадает с обеденным перерывом в офисах и попасть в банк в свой обеденный перерыв не получится.
