18. 03 2020, обратилась в банк( с Устюжны) рассчитывала успеть на автобус,Алена окно номер 2 провела в кассу без очереди перед обедом, хотя я 20 минут стояла в очередь и кстати не только я. Я спросила почему так?! Попросила её представиться на что мне было со смехом и пересекаетесь ответили ( а я не обязана представляться) столько лет ездила тольк в этот офис и столкнулась с такой наглостью, насмешкой хотя нормальный сотрудник сгладил бы конфликт но она даже не попыталась, вела себя как начальник этого офиса, Сама продавец 15 лет, конфликты бывают но никогда покупатель не уходит, всегда сглаживаю и в результате покупатель и рад разозлиться, но поговорят улыбнёмся и приходит снова! А тут хамство! Обратите внимание, на ваших девочек, ни здравствуйте, не улыбок, не досвидание! Касаюсь вашего банка, но больше на Ленина 92 не поеду никогда, Такого же мнения ещё женщина была, та ещё старше меня, и так же Алена пересекалась с насмешкой. Даже Алена хотя бы соображала на каком месте работы она находится!!!! Вы же выбрали работу с людьми! От вас зависит вернётся клиент ,А я ещё и других приводила , советовала, Теперь не пойду, вот советуют в заречье офис, там девчонки вежливые и приветливые! Так было обидно и осадок остался ужас какой!А на горячей линии вообще сказали, что должны представляться , если клиент просит!Не её это место, девочка не знает как надо работать с людьми!!!Очень разочарована!!!
