Сижу в очереди, крайне долго, уже около 50 минут при небольшой загрузке посетителей. Сначала было двое менеджеров, сейчас добавился ещё один, но глобально ситуация не поменялась. Очень долго и в целом сервис, при предыдущем посещении, не удовлетворительный.

Надо было заплатить кредит. Терминалы не работали по техническим причинам, оплата только через кассу, в кассе нужен паспорт с собой не было, тк рассчитывали оплатить через терминал. Пока ходили домой за паспортом, минут 10, касса закрылась на перерыв. Хотя нет таблички с расписанием времени перерывов и обеда. Ждали час!!! Считаю, что в такой ситуации, когда люди вынуждены платить только через кассу, эта касса должна работать без перерывов. Мы платим по кредиту не маленькие проценты и хотим, чтобы отношение к клиентам было более внимательным.

Сотрудники (все с которым я общался) не знают продуктов банка, которые предлагают, некоторые из них общаются на грани с хамством (это при том, что у меня только дебетовые продукты), работают очень медленно (все кого я видел в этом отделении). Моим деньгам будет лучше в другом месте, спасибо. Отдельная благодарность сотруднице банка по имени Александра, ведь именно она помогла мне принять это решение. )

Отзыв- отрицательный. Я не являясь клиентом, заемщиком этого банка, стала жертвой телефонного терроризма со стороны центра взыскания долгов по задолженности знакомой с которой изредка ранее перезванивалась. С ее слов мой телефон для контактов банку она не сообщала
