Оформила заявку на кредит, на следующий день ко мне приехал специалист банка и выдал карту. На карте должны были быть кредитные средства, но как оказалось просто втюхали кредитную карту. При последующей попытке дозвониться специалисту банка, абонент не доступен. По телефону карту не аннулировали, теперь придется ехать в отделение банка. И это при всем при том, что я несколько раз поясняла, что мне не нужна кредитная карта, а нужен именно кредит. В общем разводят как хотят.

Обращалась в банк Восточный за кредитом, после приглашения по звонку, по ул. Сенная, д.10. Сотрудница банка настойчиво предлагала открыть расчетный счет, ссылаясь на то, что если я буду являться клиентом банка, то предложения ко мне будут более выгодными, но ежемесячно будет списываться по 1500 т.р. + %. Я поняла, что не "очень" выгодное предложение для меня и отказалась. Сразу стало заметно похолодевшее отношение сотрудницы банка ко мне, стало более циничным и надменным, даже спросила, почему я не пошла в другой банк! После сбора всех документов мне написали, что кредит одобрен и я могу забрать его. Придя в банк мне предложили кредитку с 10 т.р.! На вопрос, одобрили ли мне кредит наличными на запрошенную сумму, о чем, как я уже сказала, меня уведомили по смс, та же сотрудница банка ответила: "Я уже сказала, что вам одобрили" максимально неприятным тоном. Все описано крайне культурным языком, но несложно представить мои эмоции в тот момент. Это было самое хамское обслуживание в банке за всю мою жизнь! Очень жаль потраченное время, нервы и понимание того, что тебя просто разводят для того, чтобы хоть что то с тебя выжать
