Сегодня мне была одобрена кредитная карта,назначено на 11ч40м,по причине обстоятельств я опоздала на 13 минут.У менеджера уже сидел клиент.Понимая свою вину я дождалась когда оформят мужчине кредит, мне пришлось ждать более 13 минут, явно он попал в мое время.Обслужив клиента менеджер пригласила другого юношу. который пришел позже меня,я и это стерпела заняла общую очередь,оказалось впереди меня две женщины с платежами в кассу.я их пропустила. когда подошла моя очередь менеджер отказалась меня обслуживать и начала обслуживать после пришедших по оплате погашения.Действительно собралась очередь т.к. терминал не работал,выходной день, в банке один менеджер.люди идут платить . но при чем здесь я,зачем назначают время я не обслужилась даже по живой очереди и короче я ушла в 13 часов так и не получив карту мне надо было идти на работу т.к.я отпросилась на час.Я работающий военный пенсионер,ветеран труда, имею 42 стаж работы,работаю в сфере услуг и как обидно и противно смотреть на работу этого менеджера.Ей не в сфере обслуживания работать со своим гонором,Фамилию я не узнала т.к. пейджика у нее не было.Надеюсь руководство обратит на ее поведение и отношение к клиентам и сделает соответствующие выводы. В банке нужно работать с душой и любовью к работе и клиентам а не просто сидеть и занимать место.ПОЗОР
