Звонили мне из этого банка много раз, заманивали выгодными ставками... На прошлой неделе в очередной раз сделали мне индивидуальное предложение по кредиту наличными с низким процентом, я решил проверить, что будет на деле и согласился, меня записали на приём через пару дней. Когда я пришёл на приём, спрашиваю о подробностях индивидуального предложения (оно должно было быть уже сформировано и готово к рассмотрению клиентом), а мне начинают рассказывать басни о том, что надо составить заявку, подать, а индивидуальное предложение, которое они расхваливали ранее, будто и не существовало, операционист не смогла ничего адекватного ответить по этому поводу. Я решил продолжить и посмотреть, что дальше. Подал заявку, после этого моё индивидуальное предложение снова не объявилось, сказали, что заявку рассматривают и мне надо ждать ответа от банка... Вывод очевиден, банк обманывает клиентов и обманом заманивает на подачу заявок по стандартной процедуре, а индивидуального предложения по упрощённой схеме получения и с низким процентом вообще не существовало, просто обманывают и зря тратят время клиентов! Не связывайтесь с Банком Восточный, зря потратите время и нервы!!!

Сотрудники приветливые, улыбаются. На все вопросы отвечают чётко по делу. Не впаривают дополнительные услуги, такие как поменять на и тд

чистенько, но не уютненько, да и сотрудники... не заинтересованные. В общем сходила, поговорила, сказали ждите ответа, но ни ответа, ни привета я не получила. а через 6 мес. опять проснулись и давай названивать. Но кому вы теперь нужны. Какая-то безответственность.
