Самый ужасный банк .Работают сотрудники, которые ничего не могут объяснить, постоянные очереди.Кредиты дают абсолютно всем под сумасшедшие проценты.

Я не рекомендую этот банк. Тут происходит, что то очень непонятное... Банк созданный для чего угодно, но не для того что бы кредитовать население. Хотел узнать у них ставку, но что бы ее узнать мне предложили приехать к ним. Рашил таки узнать условия и приехал к ним . Мне нужно купить участок стоимостью 1.500.000р. у меня есть подтвержденный справкой 2ндфл доход 300 000р. в месяц, я работаю в компании более 10 лет, у меня высокая должность, а так же отсутствие активных кредитов и каких либо просрочек в принципе. У меня были успешно закрытые ипотеки, без просрочек. Банк восточный не смог обработать заявку онлайн и предложили для получения кредита приехать в офис. 15 минут заполнения анкеты и час ожидания решения. Через час пришлю смс, час одобрен кредит, ждём вас в офис. Приехал в офис и специалист сообщает, что мне одобрен кредит в 10.000р :))) Делаю простой вывод, этот банк создан для чего то не до конца понятного.

Самый ужасный сервис! Я перевел деньги через Moneygram из США своему другу в СПБ. Я добавил имя, отчество, фамилию, как требуется! Однако кассир этого ужасного банка не захотел передать моему другу транзакцию, сказав, что это неверная информация, потому что перед именем человека должно быть написано имя. Тогда я сделал это, как меня просили. Потом мой друг в СПБ так и не смог забрать эти деньги, так как сказали, что до сих пор не видит транзакцию. Я перевел деньги несколько дней назад в СПБ с той же информацией, что и сейчас! Это так странно! Кассир был таким бесполезным и грубым! Я много раз пытался позвонить по номеру телефона, который указан на их сайте, но ничего не вышло. Похоже, это фальшивый номер. Неприемлемое обслуживание ВООБЩЕ и никогда больше в этом ужасном банке. САМОЕ УЖАСНОЕ ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ КЛИЕНТОВ!!!!!!! The worst service ever! I transferred money through moneygram from USA to а friend of mine in SPB. I added First name, middle name, family name as it is required! However, the cashier in this horrible bank didn’t want to give my friend the transaction, saying this is incorrect information because second name should be written before the person’s name. Then I have done it as they asked me to do so. Then my friend in SPB still couldn’t pick up this money because they said still can’t see the transaction. I have transferred money few days ago to SPB with the same information I have done at this time! It’s so weird! The cashier was so unhelpful and rude! I tried many times to call the phone number which is on their website but never worked out, It looks a fake number. Unacceptable service at ALL and never again with this horrible bank. THE MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!
