У меня умерла мама, есть кредит в данном банке. Пришла, принесла документы, чтобы % не набегали. Девушка все оформила. Когда дело дошло до платежа, начался концерт. Оплатить я не могу, потому что заблокировали и т.д. Девушка-менеджер (не помню как зовут) звонила куда могла для решения проблемы, в итоге ничего не решили. Но девушка молодец, нашла выход из этой ситуации. К девушке претензий никаких нет, наоборот я ей благодарна за помощь, НО есть претензии к банку! Пришла через месяц внести платеж (пришла с 2 маленькими детьми). Из 3 сидящих сотрудников работает только 1. Народу полно. Одна девушка (опять не посмотрела на бейдж) наконец-то сжалилась (видимо из-за детей) и соизволила принять меня. Надо было оформить квитанцию для внесения денег за кредит. Тут был мой косяк, забыла кошелёк дома. Озвучиваю это девушке. Она начала фыркать, что видетели я отняла ее время, что она тут просто так все делала (заняло это не более 5 минут), что кассир вечером не закроет кассу, если я не внесу сумму и т.д. (хотя сторно всяких документов никто не отменял, никаких проблем быть не должно). Хамка одним словом. Я-то съездила до дома и приехала, мне не трудно. Обслуживание на 0, научите сотрудников клиентоориентированности!!! Я работаю с сотрудниками банка, и прекрасно знаю специфику работы. Впечатление негативное, я не являюсь клиентом банка, и не планирую это точно. От знакомых также слышала только отрицательные отзывы.

Это самый жёсткий банк в мире. Вы ещё даже не успеете доехать до него, а вас уже на..ывают. Люди, никогда, НИКОГДА не ходите в этот банк.

Кредитные карты выгодны для покупок в магазине. Если вам нужны наличные — лучше брать кэш-кредит, т.к. по картам высокая комиссия за обналичивание через банкомат.

Ставки в рекламе не соответствуют ставкам в реальности, но это не значит, что они слишком высокие. Обращайте внимание на сумму ежемесячного взноса, а не на годовую ставку.
