Во первых - банк работает до 18:00! Во вторых - сегодня решил оплатить кредит наличными средствами. Пришёл в это отделение и заметил, что не хватает налички и уже крайний день оплаты...пошёл снимать деньги с карты (через дорогу) - вернулся и уже закрылось отделение (опоздал на 3 минуты). Я постучал и открыл менеджер (мужчина, лет 25, с бородой). Я попросил быстро воспользоваться терминалом, на что услышал отрицательный ответ, закрытую перед носом дверь и просроченную оплату по кредиту!

Приехал в субботу срочно денег поменять в 18, а закрыто🤷🏻‍♂️ объявление от руки написано - до 17.. ну измените вы часы работы, не сложно ведь

В этом банке занимаются машенничеством,подсовывают совершенно другой договор(договор страхования жизни ООО"СК"Ренессанс Жизнь",ООО"Альфа Страхование"),вместо депозита,сроком на 3-5 лет,не поставив клиента в известность,и если во время не обратить на это внимание,то потом и расторгнуть невозможно,так как теряешь свои деньги,а по истечению срока,еще и проблемы с получением(надо в Москву направлять документ) и никаких % вам не видать,и ещё 2 месяца надо ждать после завершения договора,еси конечно доживёте.Я должна получить 100300.00,вместо обещанных145000.00(за 3года ,),моя знакомая получила за 3 года за 500000.00,получила 6000р.Люди будьте бдительны,когда подписываете договора.
