Ужасный персонал и обслуживание !персонал не знает правил банка,главный менеджер хамка, должны были выдать перевод для ин гражданина так толком причине в отказе не сказали,система у них не выдаёт из-за того что (на минутку) у него нет фамилии ?!как так ?вы вообще читали правила получения перевода вестерн юниона?не могла быть там во время того как муж ходил получал ,так как лежала в роддоме и была толко по видео связи,ну если бы была точно бы по мордахе главному менеджеру зарядила ,как она разговаривает,как будто в клубе за баром работает!на каждую предоставленную и непредоставленную услугу должен быть письменный или фиксированный программой отказ(тем более если они говорят по системе не проходит) на что мне был высказан отказ,мы такое не пишем .это,что получается,если у меня личная неприязнь к человеку или просто сегодня нет настроения выдавать я могу и не предоставлять никакие услуги и никак не комментировать и за это ничего не будет?!кто отреагирует на такое поведение !из-за таких работников муж простоял там час и не успел к жене в роддом,а теперь мне скажите какое наказание ждёт таких работников ?!!!
