30.03.2018г. был заключен договор с банком. В ноябре 2018г. было произведено досрочное погашение по телефону, где специалист банка (девушка) произвела перерасчет суммы, подала заявление на досрочное погашение, рассчитав сумму, необходимую для внесения последнего платежа. В декабре 2019г., мне начали звонить специалисты банка, утверждая, что что мой кредит, досрочно погашенный, не был закрыт. На протяжении срока более года с моего расчётного счёта, денежные средства которого предназначались на досрочное погашение при расторжении договора и закрытия кредитной линии, незаконно, без моего ведома, списывались денежные средства с обогащением банка. На каком основании банк молчал об отсутствии закрытия кредитной линии и списывал денежные средства вопреки моему волеизъявлению? Почему договор, который я закрывала со специалистом банка, где она делала перерасчёт на день закрытия кредита, оказался не закрыт? Почему мне отказываются предоставлять оригиналы документов о задолженности?

Делаешь онлайн запрос на кредит - в итоге приезжает курьер и разводит вас на то, что бы вы взяли кредитную карту! Не банк, а лохотрон!

Из плюсов банка в целом хороший курс валют на покупку. Из минусов хамовитость персонала. Из минусов именно этого отделения: Заказали определенные денежные знаки на покупку,заранее,оставили контактный номер,еще раз уточнили все ли окей за час до приезда- сказали все ок.... И ....истратили время зря- разбивки по деньгам не было,просто сумма целеком. А нужен был размен по купюрам. В ответ еще и обхамила кассир.
