Ужасный банк. 1000 раз подумайте прежде чем идти туда. Банк переофармляет договора без вашего участия, договора на руки не дают, творят что хотят... Такого нигде не видела...

Самый дорогой банк,обдирает как липку, причём, квартиру под залог и самые большие проценты назначает, и даже не смотрит, что после его процентов человеку жить не на что.

Моя бабушка бралапластиковые окна в кредит через этот банк, стабильно выплатила. Ей позвонили и настояли что необходимо придти и закрыть счёт чтоб в будущем не аозникло вопросов и случайных пеней по открытому кредитному счёту. Приехали мы с Осинников в наш общий карантин и оказывается нужно забрать 93рубля чтоб закрыть этот счёт! -нормально? с Осинников тащить бабушку чтоб отдать ей 93рубля! Вопрос к руководству: а нельзя ли перевести эти 93р ей на карту или с её согласия по телефону(с записью телефонограммы) перевести эту сумму хоть в приют...? Почему процедура закрытия счёта такая сложная?

Банк работает по схеме очень напоминающей мошенническую. Выплатил кредит, пришёл за справкой, что кредит закрыт. Мне её выдали и тут же приходит смс с кодом подтверждения заявки, оператор Филиппов Татьяна улыбается и говорит мол сядьте ровно я вас сфотографирую. На моё удивление зачем, говорит нужно счёт закрыть и для этого фото и код смс. Я говорю это нужно, когда приходят в банк, я от вас ухожу, не морочте голову. Она начала нести реальную чушь, мол банк мне сам, по любви ко мне, уже выпустил карту, нужно что-то подписать и её заблокируют, ну и фото и смс код пожалуйста. В общем я Таню культурно отшил. Рядом сидел другой клиент и его так же разводили и развели. Так по свински даже даже мфо не работают. Обходит это жуткое место стороной!
