Тройка вам, ребята. Теперь подробнее. Место действительно на отшибе, хоть и не очень далеко от метро. Очень старый ремонт (вздутый пол, отклеивающиеся обои, линолеум в "затяжках", мебель старая, местами подрана). Ванная и туалет - нечто странное (раздельные, но туалет с раковиной отдельно, а ванная - отдельно) и довольно маленькие. В дозаторе нет жидкого мыла, но он и сломан 100 лет, есть индивидуальные отельные мыла и шампуни. Ванная чистая, хотя кран течет, душ может брызгать во все стороны. Холодильник имеется, но не подключен. А вот куда его подключить - вопрос, ибо розеток рядом просто нет :) Ресепшн... Это песня! Бывали в общагах? Нет? Это холл с окошком, где сидит тетенька-комменда, а ты боишься подходить, потому что смотрят на тебя испепеляющим взглядом, будто ты провинился уже заранее :)) при регистрации с тебя спросят н только паспорт, но и анкету в 2 экземплярах (зачем?!). Обслуживания никакого не предусмотрено, но никто и не стучится через каждый час. Слышимость. Это улёт! ))) слышно, если кто-то чихает. Реально! Спуск воды в туалете слышен как в номере на всех этажах, хлопки дверьми - будто твою открыли. Ну, и разговоры... Этого добра всегда и много.

Тараканов, клопов не видел, только комары иногда беспокоят (рядом лес, а сеток на окнах нет). Трамвай рядом, до метро две остановки (хотя, удобнее не до ближайшего метро ездить на трамвае, а до Преображенской площади). Ну, здание старое, постельное бельё иногда тоже, но зато чисто.

Ужасные условия,можно снять за такие деньги номер,около центра Москвы с 4 звёздами!!!Фото самого лучшего номера,который у них есть!!!
