Грубый персонал. Ужасный сервис и внешний облик. Если придти за 40 мин или позже перед закрытием, сотрудница пункта приёма накричит матом и откажется её обрабатывать посылку. Пока повлиять на сотрудником отделения через руководство Почта не удаётся. Похоже для почты такие сотрудники это норма.

2 ГОДА ОТПРАВЛЯЮ ПОСЫЛКИ В ВАлуйки Белгородской обл а сейчас посылка зависла на сортировочной Воронежа отправила 21 декабря 2020 года в чем причина на звонки по номеру 88001000000 ответа нет ничего определенного в чем проблема очень хочется чтоб это быстро разрешилось и я гляжу я не первая кто пишет об этой проблеме почему так

Вижу много негативных отзывов...видимо мне просто везёт. Но моя посылка уже не первый раз сюда приезжает и на следующий день уезжает, максимальное время было почти 2 дня, но из за габаритного веса.

Люди добрые!!!! Что твориться отправлена посылка из г.Лиски 18.12.2017 и на этом этапе СТОП!!! Посылка отправлена из РОССИИ в РОССИЮ Ижевск и на этапе ВОРОНЕЖА исчезла как понять что за беспредел!!!! Выразить свои эмоции даже невозможно!!! Один вариант пригласить ТВ каналы на наши беды!!! За пять дней доходила посылка а сейчас , что проблемы НОВОГО ГОДА!!!!
