Посетила данное заведение в рамках новогоднего корпоратива. Сотрудники данной турбазы, переодевшиеся в деда мороза и снегурочку, прищемили мне палец дверью до кровавой гематомы. Инцендент произошёл, когда я пыталась попасть в так называемый бизнес - центр, где хранились мои вещи. Сотрудники по неведомой мне причине не хотели пропускать туда людей. После того, как я объяснила, что случилось вместо извинений и банального предложения первой помощи 6ачали мне хамить. Извинений от прищемивших палец не поступило. Администратор попыталась принести извинения, но не оказала помощь и отказалась принимать какие - либо санкции в отношении некоментентых и неклиентоориентированных сотрудников. Не советую посещать данную турбазу, потому что сотрудникам абсолютно наплевать на гостей. Сужу, конечно, по себе, но если бы я навредила другому человеку, то как минимум бы сделала все, чтобы помочь ему. Ах да, сотрудники объяснили, что таким образом пытались не пустить детей. Ладно, я взрослый человек, а если бы они нанесли подобную травму маленькому ребёнку. Однозначно не рекомендую для посещения. Берегите себя. Дата посещения 21.12.2019
