Хамы. Работают до 20.00, как то приехал в 19.40. На рабочем месте никого

Уважаемый НЕКТО. Сервисные центры нашей Компании ни когда не работали до 20.00. Работаем с 10:00 до 19:00 в будни, с 10:00 до 17:00 в выходные.

Отвратительное отношение к клиенту. Обратился впервые. Сломался моторчик печки. Находился рядом. Приехал. Спросил можно ли отремонтировать. Да конечно без проблем. Попросил снять моторчик. Думал что если у них тут и сервис и ремонт агрегатов, все в комлексе. Но мне отказали с ормулировкой "мы не снимаем с мерседесов типа особености там какие то." ( уменя мерседес w204 2012 г. Моторчик крепится на 2 болтах. ). Гоаорчт снимайте сами и приностите. Я сказал хорошо без проблем. Тем более знаю как сримать и понимаю то это 3-5 мин больше. По доброму их попросил, если уж не предлоставляете услугу по сьему и установке дайте пожалуйста отвертку. Готов да же залог за нее оставить. На сто получил ответ, " отвертку не далим, сами ищите, снимайте и приносите." Так у вас же сервис тут. " ну и что. Идите сами просите если дадут. Развернулся и уехал. Клиентоорентирование просто на высоте. Поезал в другой сервис где помогли снть бесплатно. со словами "да без проблем, нам не сложно"

Уважаемый Дмитрий! Мы действительно не снимаем моторчики печек с машин. Свой собственный инструмент не выдаем клиентам даже под залог паспортов...Увозят.. к сожалению.

Заранее записывался сюда, так как был наслышан от друга про Вольтаж сервис. Обслуживали здесь мои ауди и выполняли ремонт генератора. Сделали все на совесть и с гарантией, при этом вежливое общение и подробные ответы на вопросы. Благодарю за приятное и продуктивное сотрудничество.
