Полное безразличие к клиенту. Даже замеры снять не смогли верно. Доборы отличаются по качеству и внешнему виду друг от друга и от самих дверей. Достака , замерщик и сборка оплачиваются только наличкой и без применения ККТ. Компания работает ВНЕ ЗАКОНА. За немалые деньги получила головную боль и продукцию сомнительного качества. Вот Вам и Волзовец!

Wlal Wlal, здравствуйте. Мы понимаем, что прошло уже немало времени, но хотелось бы разъяснить данную ситуацию. Нам важно мнение наших покупателей. Компания активно повышает качество предоставления сервиса во всех салонах. Чтобы мы могли разъяснить ситуацию и предотвратить подобное в дальнейшем, напишите, пожалуйста, номер договора.

Полное безразличие и отсутствие клиентоориентированности. Заказали двери в сентябре 2018г. (договор АВВХ-000176). Череда косяков (сначала менеджера салона при оформлении заказа, затем замерщика при окончательном замере под монтаж дверей)- и вуаля! Оокончание работ по установке дверей мы ожидаем в марте 2019 г! Салон бессилен в плане ускорения процессов производства, доставки. У фабрики поток заказов со всей страны, поэтому ей тоже наплевать на отдельных физ. лиц, она не готова идти навстречу. 6 месяцев ожидания результата с нефункционирующими дверными проемами (5 дверей), при этом товар совсем недешевый! Если хотите так же - выбирайте Волховец!
