Покупали билеты, на семью из трёх человек,даже не стала заморачиваться,что ребенку всего 2 года и на него можно было место не брать, кассир вообще не внимательная, русским языком сказали КУПЕ, она давай считать нам плацкарт,потом после замечания проснулась ))))но так как торопились, сразу не поняла,что кассир без моего ведома!!! Посчитала каждому в билет страховку, данный факт я увидела уже дома(((( Вопрос к руководству вокзала,на каком основании ваши кассиры впаривают страховку??? билеты и так у вас не дешевые, тем более,что мы покупали КУПЕ, а не плацкарт....соответственно страховка нам вообще не была нужна!!!
