Оплатили счет. Передали на доставку в компанию СДЕК 22.04.2020 и до сих пор не получили товар, а уже 4.05.2020. Решать вопрос как-то со своей стороны не хотят. Отдать товар и отозвать доставку не хотят. И снимают с себя ответственность за доставку! Никому не советую данную контору.

Все обязательства копании перед заказчиком были выполнены в полной мере в установленный срок. Проблема возникла на стороне курьерской службы, выбранной заказчиком при оформлении заказа, из-за задержек в период пандемии. На момент обращения товар находился на финальной стадии доставки и отозвать ее было уже невозможно. Все необходимые обращения в СДЕК для ускорения доставки были выполнены неоднократно. По тогу заказчик получил свой товар, хоть и с задержкой. Данный отзыв скорее относится к работе сторонней компании, но не к нашей.
