2 дня приходил заразным товаром 2 дня по полчаса продавцы искали товар толком не знают что есть чего нет абсолютно некомпетентны в своей работе остался очень недоволен именно этим магазином в остальных магазинах в том числе на транспортном переулке всё чётко грамотно в отличие от данного магазина в данном магазине на Энгельса 132 впустую потраченное время Нервы и испорченный день крайне Не рекомендую именно этот магазин

Впервые приехал чтобы выбрать ванну и унитаз в новую квартиру. Проконсультировал и сделал коммерческое предложение сотрудник Андрей (это важно). Через пару дней решился на покупку, приехал и заказал ванну и унитаз. Оформляла покупку женщина. На следующий день мне привозят заказ, но оказывается, что унитаз уже где-то ставили - пакет с крепёжным комплектом открыт и неаккуратно заклеен скотчем, коробка как будто ею в футбол играли, в общем в таком виде я его не принял. В течение дня мне позвонили с магазина и сказали, что будет замена в течение трёх дней и что за подъём на этаж придётся заплатить заново. Проходит 5 дней и я проезжая мимо решил заглянуть и узнать всё ли в порядке и когда примерно ожидать доставку. Сотруднику в окошке я рассказал всю историю, а в ответ "и что вы теперь хотите?". На моё "когда ожидать унитаз", в ответ "не знаю". В разговор включилась женщина, которая оформляла покупку (но в документах написано, что менеджер Андрей). Мне говорят "тот кто оформлял покупку тот позвонит и скажет когда будет доставка". Я говорю "так вы и оформляли", в ответ "я что Андрей что ли?". В общем я никак не ожидал такой реакции на просто узнать когда ожидать новую доставку. В результате нет понимания когда (день, два, неделя, месяц) ожидать унитаз. Поеду возврат оформлю. Я не рекомендую связываться с этим магазином.
