Остался неприятный осадок. Не думала, что в таком магазине с хорошим ассортиментом и хорошим обслуживанием произойдёт такая неприятность. 02.08.2020 приобретали ванну и зеркало. В момент покупки, как выяснилось у них товар в едичном экземпляре, склада нет, видать небольшое подобное помещение, как в зале товар выставлен, от туда и берут. Покупали ванну и зеркало. К ванне шла панель, ножки, а вот крепление панели к ванне продавцы зажали. Это уже выяснилось на следующий день, когда мы начали по инструкции собирать ванну. Самое интересное, на момент разбирательства, продавцы сказали, что они предоставляют нам запчасти из своего помещения как второй экземпляр, что у них это их запчасти. Вот вопрос, как может быть их запчасти, если у них ванна такого типа одна. Со склада они её не вытаскивали, вытащили с зала, открутили ножки(попросила), заматали ванну и отдали панель. Очень неприятно, подрываете свой авторитет. Интересно, что с зеркалом, все ли положили. До этого пока руки не дошли собрать.

Добрый день! Для сохранности вида панели, экран не прикручивается в торговом зале к ванне и не снимается защитная пленка. Мы максимально сохраняем упаковку и тщательно бережем товарный вид любого изделия. Чтобы исключить возможность потери комплектующих при сборке ванн, данные запчасти упаковываются и хранятся на складе. Все подсказали, купил все что было нужно в одном месте. Что купил лишнего, сделали возврат без проблем.
