С этой компанией у меня достаточно плохие воспоминания... не заказывайте здесь ! Первый раз , когда сделала заказ, нам не привезли воду. На следующий день я позвонила , чтобы отказаться . Меня переубедили и предложили , что привезут воду и бесплатно . Мы договорились на субботу . В субботний вечер мне позвонил курьер и сказал , что привезёт в воскресенье . Я опять позвонила и они эту ситуацию урегулировали . В итоге нам привезли воду и мы договорились , чтобы каждую субботу у нас была доставка воды. В общем нам привезли три раза воду. Вчера я опять ждала воду и ее не привезли .... сегодня я позвонила в компанию и поинтересовалась , почему нам не привезли . В ответ я услышала , что оказывается надо каждую неделю заказывать , потом оказалось , что у нас стоит доставка во вторник почему - то . Мне предложили привезти сегодня , я сказала подумаю . В ответ я услышала «Вы что, обиделись ?» . Я просто в шоке. Если Вы не хотите проблем , то заказывайте в другом месте . Нервы все-таки дороже .

Все окей, но не могли бы вы перестать использовать пластиковые пакеты для канистр? Да, канистры пачкаются при транспортировке, но клиенту несложно протереть их влажной тряпкой - это дело одной минуты. Использовать эти пакеты повторно невозможно, в 80% случаев они доставляются уже дырявыми в двух-трех местах. Что важнее: не испачкать канистру при транспортировке или жить не на свалке? Откажитесь от пакетов, ваши клиенты будут рады такой зелёной инициативе. Если нет, придется искать компанию, которая более бережно относится к ресурсам.
