Вахххххх ребята и девчата....., все как на подбор, но не с ними..., дядька Черномор... Центральный офис......, всё им не почëм , тут Олежка Валандемор. Прекрасные люди Профи Удачные продажи, по силам данному коллективу Выгода на лицо..., но тут постойте..., в глазах своих..., познаньях вы точно упадëте... P. S. Не думайте, что умнее всех... -обращайтесь во Владис... Респект им и уважуха.... Изюминка в каждом офисе. Я был пока в 4х

Агент Бутузова Анна Николаевна не исполняет своих обязанностей по отношению к покупателю. Во время подписания акта приёма-передачи квартиры было обнаружено, что в зале была срезана люстра дневного освещения, которая была в комплекте с точечными светильниками. Данный факт вызвал скандал между продавцом и покупателем. Хотя на подписании основного договора обсуждалось вместе с руководителем офиса Мариной Владимировной, что решать вопрос по люстре будут при подписании акта прима-передачи. Риэлтор Бутузова Анна Николаевна, нарушила взятые на себя обязательства, что спровоцировало скандал и отрицательные эмоции обеих сторон. Очень неприятно, если учесть тот факт, что квартира стоимостью 6 200 000 без торга !!! и комиссией в 2% продалась с таким неприятным происшествием.

Данный отзыв не описывает реальную картину сделки в целом и может дезориентировать наших будущих клиентов. Считаем важным отметить , что наш эксперт по недвижимости и профессиональный риелтор Бутузова Анна представляла интересы продавца, полностью выполнила перед ними свои профессиональные обязательства и ни в коем случае не была инициатором и участником конфликтной ситуации - наши сотрудники ведут себя максимально корректно и являются лицом крупной компании. Возникшие противоречия были устранены в результате переговоров.
