Вернулись с новогодних каникул из Финляндии.Посоветовали в турфирме уехать в зиму а хотели море и солнце.Оказалось,что нам русским,будет лучше там где снег и мороз в зимние месяцы.И это правда.На сколько здорово было видеть своих детей счастливыми!Мы жили в замечательном доме с сауной и бассейном на улице!Вечера проводили у камина,объедались очень свежей рыбой и икрой! Днем катались на лыжах,санках.Отдых удался!Нам посоветовали девочки из турфирмы и подобрали супер классный отдых!Здорово!Спасибо!С Рождеством!

Хамское отношение, не хотят возвращать деньги за возврат билета!!!!!!!!!!!!

Уважаемая Наталья! ​ ​ Для получения денежных средств за возвращенный авиабилет необходимо личное обращение пассажира или обращение​ его уполномоченного лица по месту оплаты перевозки, а также предъявление оригиналов документов, удостоверяющих личность пассажира или полномочия представителя на осуществление действия от имени пассажира. При Вашем обращении​ доверенности на получение денежных средств от пассажира, указанного в билете, у Вас не было.​ Так же, напоминаем Вам, что сотрудниками нашей фирмы было предложено перевести денежные средства на банковский счет принадлежащей пассажиру, указанному в билете, для этого достаточно отправить реквизиты счета на наш электронный адрес.​ ​

Выписали авиабилеты на нужные даты мне и сотрудникам, выдали все чеки и отчетные документы для командировки, всё прошло успешно, в бухгалтерии приняли.
